BSOD after interrupting Windows Update, error 0x000000F4

My vaio computer started shutting down, I tried to disrupt the shutdown by reopening my browser. It completely shutdown anyway, it then proceeded to update Windows. I did not want the update so I force shut it down by holding the on/off button till it fully shutoff.

this may or may not have anything to do with my current run in with the bsod, however in the days following up to the current debacle bitdefender, my current antivirus, has constantly been bothering me with an error message window that keeps popping up no matter how many times I close it.

I tried to reboot my computer only to encounter the blue screen of death. I tried rebooting in Safe Mode; Last Known Good Configuration; debugging mode; Disable Automatic Restart On System Failure, Disable Driver Signature Enforcement; Directory Services Restore Mode. All attempts ended with bsod.

I tried the "Repair Your Computer." option which turned up nothing. I would appreciate if someone could help me out of this mess

right, as i said it will be very difficult to help you without the dumps to work out whats going on. if your antivirus was causing trouble it could be that causing the BSODs, can you get into startup repair and use CMD? also if that fails, we can also try booting from your repair disc if you have one.

Startup repair and cmd prompt are both accessible. I've been running chkdsk but have found no bad sectors.

I am looking for my repair disk.

My latest attempts at backing up and repairing my vaio has been to iso burn an ubuntu disk, and a hirens botable cd. I burned both disks on my macbook air 10.6.8 using an external dvd writer.

I first tried using the ubuntu live dvd I created, burned at 8x speed, it would not boot. I then tried burning a second ubuntu live dvd this time at 3x speed. It wouldn't boot. I tried booting each disk, once via the internal drive and once via the external drive. each time I set the boot priority to the appropriate drive.
I tested the two disks on my mac using the external dvd writer, I got the message informing me that the disk was unreadable for both disks. I thought it could be a damaged download of ubuntu but I checked in the terminal and the alphanumeric hash number matches the one presented in the files on the ubuntu site for version 14.04.2-desktop-amd64.iso.

I then made an iso burned hirens bootable cd at 8x speed. my mac was able to mount the disk however my vaio could not even boot the disk.
