Could anyone please let me know what those codes mean and what should I do in order to avoid having BSOD? I've done a clean install already.

You should have posted your logs in a new post, editing the first post didn't update the thread in my subscriptions. I'll take a look later tonight.

OK firstly can you fill in your system specs as completely as possible as linked in my signature.

Next, your single dump is a 0x116 which means there is a problem with your GPU. Before we look at anything else you need to update your driver, it's really old. Download the latest driver for your card from here and save it to your desktop. Download DDU and follow Display Driver Uninstaller: How to use to remove all traces of your current driver. Reboot and install the downloaded driver.

Hey Boozad, thanks for your instructions. I've removed the display driver and let AMD detect the most up to date driver for my graphics card. I've also filled up my system specs here. Let me know what else needs to be done. Thanks!

You just need to use our system as usual now to see if the BSODs persist or not.
