See this link about 0x124 errors and what you can do to try to alleviate them. (No overclocking, at least to troubleshoot. Then you can do as you want, after. If you're overclocking, please only post further dumps or continue seeking help when not.)

You also have these ancient and older drivers on the system. Update them to 2009 versions or uninstall from system.
