Random BSOD on restart, idle

I'm not sure what's causing this, but I've been getting BSODs over the past few weeks. I think two of them occurred when I tried to restart from the Start menu - it got to the splash screen for shutting down, then stayed there for a minute or two, then BSOD'ed. The other ones occurred at seemingly random times, often when the computer has been just idling.
I keep my laptop on my desk, usually plugged in. I try to restart once a week or so.

SFC found no errors. CrystalDiskInfo and CPUID screenshots attached as well

Thanks!
