BSOD When Playing Gmod For 2 Minutes

Okay Guys,This Problem Come To Me When I'm Playing Gmod for 2 minutes
The Bluescreen Says "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION" I Got Many BSOD
- SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
- BAD_POOL_HEADER
- KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
- IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
- NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM

When i'm Check the bluescreen viwer the Problem Is On C:\Windows\System32\ntoskrnl.exe

The Question Is " How I fix The ntoskrnl.exe / the BSOD ?"

I looked all the erros up on BSOD index to find a common cause and it looks like the first thing to do is run memtest86+ as per this tutorial:
RAM - Test with Memtest86+
