All 1-2 hours, win shutdown

Hi,
i get the BSOD on several times, playing Skyrim or ESO... moustly. But i get it if i watch clips on youtube, too.

STOP: 0x000000F4

One reason could be the hig processor load when i play hig res games, but i have on idea how it appear when the pc is in idle mode.
