    BSOD New PC playing videos

    PC is maybe a month old blue screens when watching you tube or embedded news feeds.
    The display freezes and audio stutters for about 5 seconds then BSOD.
    Be grateful if someone could help me with the dump-file.

    Hiya and welcome to SevenForums!
    Code:
    BugCheck A0000001, {5, 0, 0, 0}

    Probably caused by : atikmdag.sys ( atikmdag+28ece )
    The problem is caused by your graphics driver. Run Display Driver Uninstaller(DDU)
    Make sure you tick the Uninstall C:/AMD and C:/NIVIDA folders while you are in DDU when you are done running DDU install your graphics driver again and you should be good to go! This is the guide for DDU: Display Driver Uninstaller: How to use

    Remember to remove Catalyst and only install the graphics driver.

    will try the uninstall and reinstall of drivers, i never install the CCC client as it is terrible.
    It is not listed as being installed on my PC under installed programs.

    Thanks.
