Consistent BSOD on Windows 7 start up. Potentially AMD driver issue.

Hello all. First time posting on this website, hopefully I can figure this issue out with your help. I recently did a clean Windows 7 install ( Home Premium x64), and after installing all Windows Updates and the most recent driver update ( AMD CCC 15.7.1), I cannot use my pc at all. Upon Windows 7 loading up, I reach my desktop, but seconds later I get a BSOD. It isn't necessarily always blue or a black screen; usually, I get a white/grey striped screen, or blue/grey. My only option after that is to hold down the power button and reboot. I can enter into safe mode. If I delete the most recent update/the entire driver, I can use the integrated graphics just fine. That led me to believe its an issue with the driver update. Everything is hooked up correctly inside the pc, and I do have all the most recent Windows Updates. I really have no idea where to go beyond this. This has been happened for over 2 weeks, and nothing else has worked. I downloaded the DM log collector, and will attack the file it gave me. I really appreciate anyone who would be willing to help me, and I'm willing to answer any questions. Thanks!
