"I can only see Small FFT's, in place large FFT's, Blend and custom?" These are my options for prime 95, which should I run? And at does it have to be 2 hours continuous, or can it be broken down into smaller chunks?

Blend and custom, yes it has to be 2 hours continuous. If the temps goes too high stop the test.
