    BSOD running SWTOR

    Hi!

    Glad I found help here. My custom made machine has been crashing after several hours of play with Star Wars: The Old Republic (MMO). I attach the analytics. Thanks for your help!

    Hiya and welcome to SevenForums!
    Code:
    BugCheck 116, {fffffa8004b7f4e0, fffff8800780cc9c, 0, 2}

    Probably caused by : atikmpag.sys ( atikmpag+cc9c )
    The problem is caused by your graphics driver. Run Display Driver Uninstaller(DDU)
    Make sure you tick the Uninstall C:/AMD and C:/NIVIDA folders while you are in DDU when you are done running DDU install your graphics driver again and you should be good to go! This is the guide for DDU: Display Driver Uninstaller: How to use

    Remember to remove Catalyst and only install the graphics driver.

    Hi Laith

    The test raised the temperature to 53 degrees in about 5 mins and then levelled. No crash.

    Btw I didn't say in the last post that without CCC, I could not load the game at all (it BSODed while loading). With CCC, I could load but have only played for an hour.

    FYI my current drivers are: Catalyst 15.7.1 & Graphics Driver

    Thanks!
