Probably caused by : atikmpag.sys ( atikmpag+ccac )
    Can you borrow a friends GPU and check if it works without BSODs?

    I doubt it Laith. Anything else I can run to test, or is the gpu likely to be toast?

    It's still blaming the GPU/GPU driver, so yea the GPU might be dead.
