You are running a counterfeit installation of windows and trouble shooting this could be problematic, try installing a legal licensed version

Edit : i mean, it say "windows is actived" and then there is the series number, doesn't that mean that's the legal licensed version?

You are running an Acer/Packard OEM copy of Windows 7 on a retail motherboard, there is no way to activate this other than an activation exploit/crack which can/may have altered numerous system files and as such troubleshooting this is pointless and against forum rules, if you install a clean licensed version of windows then we will be happy to help
