BSOD when saving Word 2013 document to desktop

Hello,

I am on a network at work. When I take my laptop off of the network, I have noticed a bluescreen error followed by a shutdown. This happens when I open Word 2013, create a new file, and attempt to save it to my desktop.

I have attached the .dmp files in the zip file with this post. Can someone take a look at these dmp files and analyze them? I am happy to give any more info if needed, just let me know what is needed! Thanks!

It would appear the problem relates to Kaspersky Security software. Your dump files are indicating klvfs.sys as the problematic driver which is part of their software.
A quick google and it would seem you are not alone, someone mentioned not having the encryption element of their software installed seemed to help but I would start by removing Kaspersky if only for testing to see if it works ok

Thank you Pauly! If you don't mind, can you show me what pointed you to seeing that it was Kaspersky? The blue screen said something about mup.sys, but I didn't see anything about klvfs.sys. I'm just trying to understand. Thank you again!

mup.sys is a windows service if you like that relates to networking functions, when BSODs occur the basic output will often blame the last 'active' windows component in your case mup.sys but as this is a core windows driver we know it is highly unlikely to be causing the problem but merely the active windows component at the time of the crash, when running dump files through proper debugging tools much more info can be seen and interrogated and in your case as soon as the dump file is processed although mup.sys is listed the faulting driver is listed as klvfs.sys and a quick google of this tells us this file relates to Kaspersky software and that is where my recommendation comes from
