Hey man,
I've done all the memory test you've mentioned; memtest for one slot at a time, long cpu stress test, Furkmark for a while and HDD tests.
I thought it might be PSU/Motherboard/Network card problem but not sure if there is a way to test them out.

Yes it could be those.
For the network card you need to update its drivers.
For the PSU, this how to test the PSU tutorial | Wikihow might help.

Well the network card drivers are up to date.
PSU turns on just fine, the tutorial doesn't really indicate how to diagnose an unstable PSU.
The problem is I usually have a lot of random restarts without BSOD that can indicate what the except problem is.
I think that the fact that it happens both on W7 and W10 clean boots show that it might be more than a driver issue.

What are the 3.3v, 5v and 12v values in the BIOS?

Computer just froze on bios screen, maybe the motherboard is really giving up. 1090T X6 could be hard to handle I guess.

That is what I think too, but I wanted to make sure those values are correct.

Well the thing is I'm running prime95 on all cores at the moment with 66C stable.
How can I make sure the motherboard is really the problem and not something else?
I mean, I upgraded to 1090T from 720BE but it wasn't like 5-6 month until the problems started.

If correct, you have tested every other hardware component and the dump is saying hardware.
You have almost nothing installed according to the files you have uploaded last time and none of them are causing a crash.

Well here is another dump.
I just don't want to buy a new motherboard (AM3 is really outdated) with the problem being in the CPU/PSU and not the motherboard itself.
