Alright so upon closer inspection it appears I've got less than five brain cells to rub together. I'm not 100% sure if it was entirely the problem, however my memory was configured incorrectly, I've got two sticks and they're plugged into the first two slots, however my they're organized A1 B1 A2 B2, I made the mistake of putting both in A1 And B1, I've properly set them up and speccy is reading them out as being dual-channel as they should, time will tell if this solves all my instability/bluescreen problems.

Update, memory based bsods appear to have become a thing of the past however I've still gotten at least one black-screen bsod, might be unrelated. if they aren't back by weeks end i'll probably mark this as resolved.
Edit:Seems to have been the improper memory configuration after all, still getting blackscreen-crashes but they seem to be urelated so, markin this as solved.
