I tried to run SeaTools but while the program was starting up I got a BSOD
so then I rebooted my pc and there were no files in Windows/Minidump.

So I tried another way to configure it which I will now try, After that I
will try again to run Seatools and do as you said.

I got a BSOD again trying to run Seatools.

After I did it manually, with no result I ran: Create_Minidump_on_BSOD.reg from the link you gave me.

And after that BSOD I guess there are still no files in /Minidump

According to the logs, the last crash is from several months ago.

Please remove some files from the C partition to increase the free space to at least 10-15%.
Every partition needs at least 10-15% free space so Windows can do its thing in the background.
warning   Warning
Less free space could cause BSOD's

Please try following:
  • Open an admin command prompt
  • Copy/paste "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
  • When it finished reboot your system
  • Open again an admin command prompt
  • Enter sfc/scannow again
If sfc/scannow does NOT say "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation", please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.

After removing files and SFC, please try SeaTools again.

Please download and install Malwarebytes free (Uncheck trial version in the installation process)
Please run a threat scan with Malwarebytes, a full scan with your AV, scan your system with Adwcleaner and Kaspersky TTDSKiller.

Don't run sfc from your user account.
It should be C:\Windows\System32\ where sfc needs to run from.
