BSOD error everytime I sleep or Hibernate the laptop

    Hello everyone!

I cant seem to troubleshoot this anymore because I only use Bluescreenview and Whocrashed i really dont know how to open the dump files so i can analyze and try to get the culprit. This has been going for months now I have already changed my anti virus and adjust most settings related to this issue. I hope someone helps me with this, its getting out of hand already.

    Thank you so much!!!

    Hi computerpod123,

    Welcome to the 7forums.

Please re-run the tool and upload the zip file, there are many files missing.

If the SFdebug folder contains at least 21 files (1 .nfo, 19 .txt, others .dmp).

The installed Key is an COA_SLP Key - usually only available when the OS is pre-installed by the manufacturer.
This machine is missing the SLIC table that should be present if the machine shipped with Windows 7 installed.
From where did you acquire this Windows license?

Oh hi! I formatted it and installed windows 7 :). I really didnt like windows 8.1. To give you a short summary, it was working for the first week when I installed a fresh copy of windows 7 ( its geniune btw ) .And also I was also experiencing this problem even when windows 8.1 was installed.

    Thank you!

The system specs you filled in are not complete and the system manufacturer/model is according to the logs not correct. The system manufacturer/model part probably is the cause of the confusion.

Please fill in your system specs
Please follow this tutorial and download the tool. The tool will give you detailed information about your system specs, please fill in your system specs more completely.
How to fill in your system specs:
