FWIW I've seen Windows 7 running happily on some VERY old machines - one from 2003, if I remember right.
Dell only support as high as Vista on this particular model - but that doesn't mean that it won't run Win 7, merely that they won't guarantee it. (from memory, the BIOS here is from 2007?).
It may be worth running the Intel driver scanner over the machine to see if it has any potential updates - but don't hold your breath.

My company let me know a couple of days ago we will be updating our computers that are older and switching to a new server and monitoring service.

A 0xA(IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL) is one I've only seen caused by drivers, some know them as system services as they are a part of a program.
Please run the DM Log Collector tool again and upload the new zip file.
