Hi Myrrhsee,

Welcome to the 7forums.

The crash is caused by your network driver.
Please check your manufacturer for driver updates.

Don't you have registered your laptop to your manufacturer?

Go to the site of Gateway, autodetect your serial number and you should get the right drivers.

Hi, thanks with your help so far. Im having a little disconnect. The driver updater gave me a list of 22 drivers that were obsolete/missing. The gateway site doesn't seem to have the same drivers. Am i interpreting this wrong? What should i do? thanks

Please be a little bit more clear with the part 'The gateway site doesn't seem to have the same drivers'
What is the difference between your installed drivers and the drivers that are offered?

Ok, i'm comparing the gateway drivers, to the drivers that the 'driver updater' said i needed.
