Hello and welcome Gianni mate the usual fix for that dump is uninstall theCatalyst Control Centre and run only the driver for the GPU.

Now I answered a similar post just the other day and I suggested mypersonal fix which would be to swap out the AMD card and replace with a NVidiaGPU but it is your budget and choice. Simply because the only driver download one can find or at least I can is the CCC one

However I did find this How-To Uninstall AMD Catalyst Drivers From A Windows Based System

I did that ages ago after I built my machines with AMD graphics and got somany problems with them I swapped tp to Asus GTX 650Ti's for them all but likeI said it is your choice.

The dump here has flagged Chrome for some reason as has the ATI stuff
