I can't open the dump file unfortunately, can you wait and see if it happens again and upload new logs if it does? Sorry I can't be of more help right now but there's not much I can do with a corrupt dump file.

Hello roachi,

The new dump doesn't hold much in terms of useful information
but let's tackle it bit by bit.

First of all most of your drivers are very very old.

Just a cut of the oldest:

Use this online utility and update the drivers it suggests you do:

Remove BitDefender:

Code:
bdfwfpf bdfwfpf \??\c:\program files\common files\bitdefender\bitdefender firewall\bdfwfpf.sys Kernel Driver Yes System Running OK Normal No Yes
Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall
and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Note   Note
When installing MBAM, DO NOT choose to activate the free pro trial
(uncheck the check box when the wizard asks you if you want to).

Also make sure that Windows is fully updated, but beware of the Windows 10 updates!!

Be sure to keep us posted.

windows 7 64 bit

hi YoYo, i have had a crack at the update utility, network adapter needed updating v11.8.74.0 to v20.4.1 the utility would not update it , it told me to remove the network driver first so i did then my pc installed the network driver itself to v20.4.207.0 newer than the one in the utility (v12.15.30.0 in device manager)

also the chipset needed updating, the utility goes throught the wizard saying install complete but utility screen says failed, inf update exe only v9.2.0.1011 to v10.0.27. mine is pretty old 03/2011, v10.0.27 is not on my mobo asus support page.

e1c62x64.sys gigabit adapter was the bsod then, i hope the newer driver fixes that.

i have checked several of them codes source is win updates, my win7 is upto date.

remove bitdefender, did that cause the bsod too ? (you asked me to remove norton few year ago too)

Well, not much more needs to be said. It just started spontaniously.
