So I should replace it with a Dual-Channel ram?

Yes, the memory frequency is, according to Speccy, below the supported frequency.
It is 669.7Mhz, but your motherboard supports 1066Mhz.
This is also something that could cause problems.

Sorry, for the lack of knowledge but I'm confused a bit, If I enter the BIOS it says it is clocked at x6.66 1333Mhz, but it's not or is it saying it should be clocked at 1333Mhz, or am I mixing something up.

Please make a photo of the BIOS part and post it so we can clear it up

What I found by searching is that DDR3 (DDR = Double Data Rate) so 667 x 2 = 1333Mhz (I think)
Since I found this on a forum.
1600mhz RAM only running at 667mhz?

Sorry If I'm wrong.

But thanks for helping me.

You're correct, I just assumed it with the info of Speccy.
Unfortunately I couldn't verify it as I have a laptop which doesn't show that kind of stuff.

Back to the CPU, if you have warranty, RMA the CPU.
You need to replace the CPU.

So it is the CPU that causing us bother and nothing else?

OK, if the CPU is the only thing that's faulty, then I'm gonna have to buy a new one since this is a custom built PC, that I bought of E-Bay but changed the GPU around 7 months ago, and I don't know about the warranty.

and I guess there are more tests to be done?

If more BSOD's occur there are indeed more tests to be done.
