Sorry, for the lack of knowledge but I'm confused a bit, If I enter the BIOS it says it is clocked at x6.66 1333Mhz, but it's not or is it saying it should be clocked at 1333Mhz, or am I mixing something up.

What I found by searching is that DDR3 (DDR = Double Data Rate) so 667 x 2 = 1333Mhz (I think)

Back to the CPU, if you have warranty, RMA the CPU.
You need to replace the CPU.

So it is the CPU that causing us bother and nothing else?

OK, if the CPU is the only thing that's faulty, then I'm gonna have to buy a new one since this is a custom built PC, that I bought of E-Bay but changed the GPU around 7 months ago, and I don't know about the warranty.

and I guess there are more tests to be done?
