This dump has a fix suggestion of uninstalling the catalyst Control Centreand run the graphics on the manufacturers driver only. Now unfortunately as peralways the driver comes with CCC from ATi http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+7+-+64and I shall have to try and hunt down the machines drivers for the right one.

Ok mate now boot into safe mode and run these

    https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html< if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2
If it black screens even for safe mode then we might need to take a further look at options. I am going offline shortly so don't be surprised if I am late replying again.

Ok back online and I think it would be an idea to run these as well

    http://www.superantispyware.com/

https://www.malwarebytes.org/lp/sem/5/?gclid=CJTmq6iGpscCFYqCvQodbfMN1A(free version and untick the trial option when it comesup)

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/

ADW download from bleeping computerdelete any rubbish found with the malware scans

(Anyone running Kasperskyinternet security will find it rants about ADW - ignore it or disable Kasperskywhile running ADW)

Now depending on why you installed the latest driver for the graphics I would be inclined to do a system restore to a date before you did that and just see what happens.
System Restore if you do not get a result of a restore point before that date then there is a little box in that screen that will allow points further back - if you haven't wiped them
