Just after the mini loading bar runs an error message pop up. it says "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." is that normal?

Anyways here is the new SF Diagnosis

You are running an ACER OEM Product ID on an Aspire board or an Acer retail board (not really clear for me).
Anyway, your installation is counterfeit.
Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
