What exactly do you mean with 'replaced the AMD graphic chipset'?
You have installed a new driver for it?

The "repairman" told me they replaced the AMD graphic chipset in the laptop, I think it is hardware failure so they replaced the AMD chip. It is still using the same driver when I checked the version. It is definitely not software problem. He told me something burned and he has to replace it.
