0x7B chkdsk Hard Drive Missing?

So I was watching something on my PC and got a BSoD with almost no information on it(or at least none that I can read)

I have tried disconnecting all usb besides keyboard and mouse, same error. When I try to system restore my hard drive with windows on it isn't listed in the options

Upon clicking next I get an error message

I cannot System Restore to an earlier date, I cannot safe mode either with or without cmd or networking. When I ran Startup Repair in f8 System Restore I got this as a result

Please try scanning offline your hard drive.
