2 for mouse and keyboard?
What is the other for?

Try using other ports and see how it goes.

Hello axe0,

Havent played alot lately, but last days I tried to play some. The computer works fine if I only play the game and dont have any other programs running. but as soon as I run a youtube or twitch stream on the dual monitor it will strike me out.

Recently I got a BSOD : 0x00009c machine check exception
then when I got back to the windows screen i got another BSOD again opening chrome 0x0000003B System service exception.

hope this tells you more than it does me!

A 0x9C is similar to a 0x124 meaning hardware problems.
Since a 0x3B is often caused by memory passing corrupted data to drivers I suggest to test the memory.

 RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 7 Forums

Note   Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Moving to the other thing that is usually meant with 'hardware'.

I recommend to replace the OCZ-AGILITY3 SSD, sooner or later it'll fail.
