Has the heatsink been cleared of dust?
When has the thermal paste the last time been replaced?

I have cleaned the computer for dust, but the thermal is since 2008, so I guess that might be a problem.

Else the temp seems to peek for 1second when I open a game.

Replace the thermal paste, that should bring down the CPU temps.

    Hello axe0,

Everything has been running smoothly latest days, until I ran AVG to scan my computer.
Then I got Error 0x0000009C - Machine Check Exception.
Tried to boot in safemode and the computer froze. Then when starting normaly, it started chkdsk, but got stuck on "Adding a post in index $0 for file 25."

now I am getting "extend/$objid" is broken

A 0x9C is a hardware error, as we ruled pretty much everything out that can be tested (hard drive, memory, graphics card) we are coming to the point with the CPU.

No dump has been created with the machine check exception crash.
    Code:

Can you somehow boot into Windows?

I am in Windows, but if I run AVG scan it frezes.

Something is wrong I notice, I have written all this and it shows up 10s after I wrote it, so sometimes it is realy slow, and then goes back to normal.
