Hi correra,

Welcome to the 7forums.

For help, we need a file from your side. Please read BSOD Posting Instructions & How to upload files

As this is a 0x116, it is related to the graphics, but I would need some data from your system to give specific instructions so no mistakes will be made.

Please fill in your system specs
Please follow this tutorial and download the tool. The tool will give you detailed information about your system specs, please fill in your system specs more completely.

In trying to figure out where the "grahicsissue" is physically located ...i.e. monitor or elsewhere ,does the monitor specs"

"1920 x 1080 x 32 bits (4294967296 colors) @ 60Hz"

indicate this monitor can't handle today's HD andstreaming video , and shuts down ?

Graphics issue means problems with the graphics card, usually the drivers of the graphics card.

A few weeks back NVIDIA online support checked out their graphics card and drivers on my system and stated there were no issues with the card or the drivers ,but stated there was a hardware issue. I've attached their report although I have no idea what the data means.
