Please run a threat scan with Malwarebytes*, a full scan with your AV, scan your system with Adwcleaner, Kaspersky TTDSKiller, ESET Online Scanner and SuperAntiSpyware

I am running malware bytes.. it shows some threats - about 20 of them, combination of files and keys..
Should i use all other tools as well?

Okey..
BTW, There is an item in start menu called Security and protection and it lists HP SimplePass, Lojack Theft protection - learn more and HP Recovery manager items!! I have already disabled HP simplepass.. I am not sure if anything related to lojack has been loaded on the machine, and may be that is causing the issue

Stupid me, should have looked a little further

If you can, try disable lojack and see how it goes.

Clicking on Lojack menu item, on start menu opens the following link in browser window:
https://www.absolute.com/en/partners/oem/hp

Also, i do not see any exe or dll called rpcnet on my system.. So not sure if Lojack is even installed..
BTW, just now I got another BSOD..

If you are using a program like Ccleaner please stop using it while troubleshooting.
This because programs like Ccleaner remove dump files that are needed to troubleshoot.
Or configure Ccleaner to not remove dump files:
