Hello and welcome JBAPTISTA mate there is really not much in your post to say what is actually wrong. The dumps are showing a very common problem issue and can be really anything. So please describe the problem.
Code:

You can run '.symfix; .reload' to try to fix the symbol path and load symbols.

Another little thing I found was this

Code:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for mssmbios.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for mssmbios.sys
***** Kernel symbols are WRONG. Please fix symbols to do analysis
See this Fix mssmbios.sys Error and File Free Download - DLL Suite/DLLSuite.com

I suggest you run these at least
SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!
Malwarebytes | Free Anti-Malware Detection & Removal Software
AdwCleaner Download
ADW download from bleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans
(NB If one is running Kaspersky security it may rant about ADW - just ignore it or disable Kaspersky while the ADW is being used)

John.....read the messages that WinDBG is posting! You are reaching the wrong conclusions because the symbols file on your computer is incorrect.

Running time - consuming virus scans for a 0x9f bugcheck is a waste of time. Search for 0x9f under the solved BSOD threads to get an idea of what to look for.

Ok I just have been told that I should also download the dumps more than once and perhaps I am just picking up stuff that is not really correct or relevant. I will do what you say re the 0x9f stuff for example.

Please state clear what you mean with 'this bug'.
The dump uploaded is from 2014, no logs about recent bluescreens.

Please state what your problem is. Be as specific as possible.

On a side note, with a BSOD, do you mean a Blackscreen?

A bluescreen is what we are helping with in this part of the forum.
BlueScreen Of Death is where BSOD stands for in this part.

Hello all. I'm new to sevenforums and am hoping to find out what is behind my BSOD! I strongly suspect that this may be a HDD failure because according to Piriform's Speccy, my HDD is running hot. In any case, I have attached the .zip file as instructed. Thank you in advance!
