BSOD after upgrading Windows 7 Pro x64 to Ultimate x64

About my pc's OS:

Windows 7 Professional x64 (came with pc)
Upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate x64 via System Properties

As soon as the first reboot after upgrading to Ultimate, the BSOD started
appearing randomly during boot up only.

sfc /scannow did return some files it could not repair.

I am unable to System Restore prior to Ultimate, those Restore Points
return Unable to Restore.

I have included the (.zip) file.

You are running an ACER Product ID on a Dell boad.
This makes your installation counterfeit.
Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
A counterfeit installation contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
For this reason, analyzing counterfeit systems is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.
Code:
OS Manufacturer: Microsoft Corporation
OS Configuration: Standalone Workstation
OS Build Type: Multiprocessor Free
Registered Owner: Jon
Registered Organization: Microsoft
Product ID: 00426-OEM-8992662-00006 <-- ACER PID on Dell board
Original Install Date: Wed, Sep 16, 2015, 3:23:38 PM
System Boot Time: Thu, Nov 12, 2015, 5:55:39 PM
System Manufacturer: Dell Inc.
System Model: OptiPlex 9030 AIO
I recommend to install a genuine copy of Windows.
If, after you have installed a genuine copy of Windows, you still get BSOD's we'll be happy to assist you.

You also have bypassed software which is against the rules
Code:
127.0.0.1 activation.acronis.com

Hi axe0,
I am running a Dell pc.
As far as running an illegal copy of Windows, I'm not.
My Dell pc came with Windows 7 Pro (and Windows 8.1 Upgrade CDs), but I wanted the 7 Ultimate edition so
I used my dead laptop's product Id to upgrade my Dell through System Properties.
There was a link: "Get a never version of Windows 7" and I clicked on it.
After doing some Google-ing around, it appears as though Microsoft doesn't want customers to use Product ID's from one pc to another, even if a pc dies. I don't think that is fair, but if that it the case, then I will have to restore Windows 7 Pro.

You say you're not running an illegal copy, but you describe you are.

You can't just use another PID, especially with laptops as they are OEM PID's and not MAK.

No idea what all that means, but ok.
I restored my Windows Pro from my backup dvd.

Sorry, OEM is in this case a pre-installed activation.
MAK is Multi Activation Key, can be used multiple times as the name says.
