First time installation, BSOD on start-up. 0x0000000000000000 + other
So, when attempting to install Windows 7 Home Premium, the computer starts normally. However, once it reaches the portion where it says "Starting Windows" with the animation for the flag appearing from the colored spheres, the animation stops and then the following BSOD message appears
I don't think that this is exclusive to just the installation of the disk, because when I brought it to my ISP to diagnose it, they couldn't figure out the issue. When attempting to run certain disc-related tests, they said that the computer just keeps looping back to the booting.A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

Does anyone know what the possible issue could be and how to fix it? Assuming that anything and everything is possible?
