Set it back to manual, it must be manual.
If it is not set to manual no dump will be created on a bluescreen.

Has a dump been saved?

If it has or hasn't, please run the dm log collector and upload the new zip.

Also, want to share something else I tried. I removed the hard drive and inserted another clean hard drive that I know works. Tried to use the Windows 7 disk to install and the system crashed about 1/2 through on several occasions.
