From what I could see there is a system file being named "usbehci.sys" which seems to be a EHCI eUSB Miniport Driver.

Maybe one of your USB devices is causing this problem or maybe an old driver, try unplugging your USB devices then narrow it down by installing one at a time checking for stablity after each.

Listing your system specs might also be helpful.

Is there any utility that could test the stability of the system or do I have to wait until it possibly crashes ?

Try going here and see if you can find another driver for your graphics card.
NVIDIA Driver Downloads - Advanced Search

Everything I've read indicates that the Emachine drivers are being updated correctly when Windows 7 is installed, so It seems like the indicated USB problems may be relevant.

There are plenty of free stablity testing programs out there, like memtest and Prime 95.
MemTest for Windows Download Page This one is for use in Windows.
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool This is the .iso version that you have to burn to a DVD.

Prime95 Download - Softpedia
