BSOD Errors, not sure of the problem, can't duplicate.

Any help would be cool. My cell number is 720-238-4056. I don't know the problem or how to fix it. Thank you everyone.

Processor Intel Core i7-4790 @ 3.60GHz
Memory(RAM) 32GB
Type 64-Bit OS

Computer seems to do it mostly when logging into Windows.

That would be because we don't look at threads where it looks like someone is already helping.

If you would fill in the system specs of the system that is having the trouble, give some description of what happens and upload a new zip from the dm log collector, it would be much appreciated
The new zip is in case of new additional information and possible crashes.
The description is to make it easier for finding a patern, what makes it easier to find cause(s) and/or solution(s), the '(s)' because it is very likely that there are multiple causes given the amount of bluescreens.

Problem using Extend & Duplicate options for display.
Quick question, why when I choose "Extend" do I lose my icons, start bar ect.. on my main computer(everything shows fine on the HDTV) but when I use "Duplicate" everything is there on both screens?
