APC_Index_Mismatch BSOD

I've been given this laptop roughly 3 days ago and received this BSOD. I've tried windows recovery disk, chdsk /r, sfc /scannow, PartitionMagic to recover the partition (Windows repair failed due to bad sectors) and I am pretty much at a loss. From my limited understanding of WinDbg, BlueScreenView, and WhoCrashed, it seems like the error lies within "ntkrnlmp.exe". Unfortunately I have no idea as to what direction I need to take in order to restore this laptop. Any ideas?

I apologize for the late response, while in the middle of trying the update the drivers the laptop went dead. It seems the DC connector shorted out and now will not power back on. I've tested different power adapters and at this point the problem is with the DC port. When plugging in the adapter, the blue ring on the DELL adapter goes blank and doesn't comeback unless I plug it into another outlet. The laptop is under warranty so off the DELL is goes. Thanks Axe0 for you help! I greatly appreciate it!

BSOD APC_Index_Mismatch
Hello. This BSOD happened as I was coming out of the screen saver. The message was "BSOD APC_Index_Mismatch." I've had five other BSODs in the past two months, but this is the first one in a while. I had thought they were related to a utility (Listary) I was using and dropped because one BSOD...

I randomly just got this BSOD and error code and have no idea what caused it but it's happening now every time I restart my computer and the only way this doesn't occur is to run it in safe mode. I've attached the zip file with the dump logs and hopefully someone can figure out what's wrong. Thanks.

BSOD with APC_INDEX_MISMATCH
I've had two or three blue screens and I barely managed to see APC_INDEX_MISMATCH before the PC reset itself. Also, I don't know if it is related or not, at startup my computer almost always does a Boot reloop, getting stuck there. However, if I press F9, which for my Gigabyte BIOS is Info, and...
