Why have you reinstalled your system?

This Product ID makes your system counterfeit, because it is from HP.
This makes that I can't help you further until you reinstall your system again with a genuine activation and prove that your system isn't counterfeit by posting the report of Windows Genuine and Activation Issue Posting Instruction
