So i just installed win7 ultimate x64 yesterday and when i tried to play a game my pc freezed and when it restarded after the windows logo it went black and a blue screen appeared,i can only boot in safe mode
So i discovered it's because my video card,i disabled it and i can boot my pc normally.I also found out that the problem is atikmpag.sys what does it mean my video card driver is broken do i need to replace it or something ?

You mean without catalyst and everything else,how do i do it i tried only display driver to install but im not succeding

In the installation process, you should get the option to choose advanced/custom installation. When you choose it you can see what you want to install, some things can't be unchosen, but the most important is that you uncheck everything possible for installation except display drivers.
that's it cause when i'm choosing custom on the latest driver version it doesn't download amd game evolved or something like that you know
