Random BSOD

BSOD occurence does not seem to follow a noticeable pattern. Although it usually occurs when I am browsing online, it also happens when the system is idle. Sometimes it happens many times per day, but I sometimes go a day or two without a BSOD.

This time there are several important files missing
Cleanup your minidump directory a little
Search
Code:
%systemroot%\Minidump
and press enter, it'll open the minidump folder.
Please remove the dumps from September and older and run the dm log collector after removing the dumps.

Please remove items from the startup
How to remove items from startup - Windows 7 Help Forums
These programs could interfere with the boot process giving you trouble and increase the boot time.

Please update your BIOS.

According to the logs you don't have an AMD graphics card, but AMD drivers have been flagged.
Code:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for atikmpag.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for atikmpag.sys

The machine does have an AMD graphics card. It has switchable graphics high performance GPU (AMD) or power-saving GPU (Intel).
I've enabled the AMD card. It now shows up in system devices. I've re-run the dm log collector and attached the zip in case it matters

In that case:

Please uninstall everything of AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from your manufacturer. Be sure to ONLY install the drivers using custom/advanced options.

Three days ago my water cooling failed (got up to 77C while gaming is when I noticed the problem as my CPU should not go over 62C). BSOD at seemingly random times, memory dump blaming random drivers
I've been plagued by odd problems since making this custom build about a month ago, but the latest is the increasing frequency of BSODs.
