    It is booting from the usb every time it restarts - better to use the pop up boot menu ( that is one time only) - or remove the usb after 7 installer has finished copying the files.

    It's an educated guess. The install files should be on the HDD already now and Windows should continue installing.

    Okay, I removed the USB and it's now on the "Completing Installation" stage. I think it's working—The only weird bit is that when I boot up, it shows for a second that I have three Windows 7 operating systems installed, because of when it was cycling. I may need your help to get rid of them after the install is done.

    Type msconfig into start menu search box. Hit enter. Look at boot tab.
