Well in the end it will always come down to what you want to buy, however I would go for a bigger cooler than one of those smaller ones but if there is a shortage of space then I guess arctic one is a good choice.

But looking at the price in my honest opinion you wont regret the buy.

    hi
did you see it ? it is quite big i do not think it is smaller than what you recommended
cryorig is not present in Israel
and coolmaster is not available at the shop.
it was not a question of price at all.
the seller of the cooler told me it is a waste of spending because he does not think it was thew problem that the cpu is not designed to pass 40 c and if the fan is not working it will not pass 70c
the shop where i bought the pc the owner and technician also think the cpu cannot reach 107 c and they think it is windows
and if it was true i should felt the heat from the pc because 107 is very hot.
they also told me they ran test under stress the result with arctic freezer 11 was 75 c at the core of cpu never reached higher level during hour of test
and with the arctic freezer pro 7 45 c
since it is already 2 months i am experiencing this problem i did not have anything to lose and i went along with your theory and recommendation and discard their opinion in few days we will know for sure who is right
i hope not to be disappointed again.
    i will update soon

On request of BorisTheAnimal I post some findings.

       Warning
Programs that claim to update your drivers install either the wrong or corrupted drivers.
If you have installed any driver with DriverToolkit, please remove them as it may cause trouble.

Please uninstall everything of Intel graphics using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Intel. Be sure to ONLY install the drivers using custom/advanced options.

    Hello again.
i hoped not to post again except saying problem solved but here i am reporting another blue screen 0x0000007a type
happened this evening 20:27 according to eventlog . but when i scrolled up i have noticed 381k also this morning in eventlog but there was no blue screen and also yesterday and so on .
also at time of crash there were lot of programs open excel and some others. the mouse freezes and after a while there was blue screen in picture followed by reboot and select device.
do you think it is the graphic driver ?
what is the connection to the fan?
there was no heat from pc, temperature real time was 30 c after the crash and the days after installing the new cooler was 30-40 the max
i really hope you will be right at your 2nd observation
    regards

Debugging bluescreens isn't always an easy task + a bluescreen could have many causes at once while only 1 is showing.

There is no record of a bluescreen after 28th last year.

It would be worth it to check the cable, ports and the cable connections for any bent/broken pins or any kind of damage.
NOTE: with the cable and ports I mean the ports and cable related to the hard drive

    graphic driver

    hi
you mentioned earlier graphic driver should be uninstalled
it is too complicated for me to be honest but intel scan found this in attached pdf not updated drivers
should i install them ?can it help?

why there is no record? i attached picture from the screen of blue screen how can it be not recorded?

regarding cables of hard drive it all began when i had only 1 hdd now i have new hdd with new cable and ssd with new cable i also disconnected sata cable for outer hard drive connection
the blue screen happened in all versions of cable connections.

could it be new installation of windows can solve it?
maybe new power supply i guess i already checked almost anything

What is it you don't understand?
If you can be more specific, I can give more specific instructions :)

Updating drivers usually helps yes, but I would strongly suggest to find the drivers manually online, download and install them.
It is the best to install manually instead of using a tool, this garantees a good installation with the right drivers.
