BSOD when browsing Internet, related to ntoskrnl.exe

    Hi,

I recently began having BSODs when browsing the Internet, especially when running speed tests. I've tried reinstalling Windows, have ran Memtest86+ overnight with no errors, tried wired and wireless connections, and reinstalled/updated drivers. I tried reinstalling Windows again this morning and just got another BSOD.

those Blue screens tend to appear after hardware changes.

Your not getting updates as the domain server is not specified,

because the product code your using is for Home premium, and widely published on the net.

As such its a counterfiet install.

It is a genuine retail product ID. Searching the product ID shows a result from the Microsoft forum where an MGAdiag report is showing that the product ID is retail and thus genuine.

    Hi panya,

    Welcome to the 7forums.

Please make sure to install every update available from Windows Update, it may take a couple of times to get them all.
I would suggest to skip Windows 10 upgrade while your system is unstable. After that I leave the choice to you :)
The updates improve the system stability and performance and fixes bugs that might cause bluescreens.
