If any USB device is attached, disconnect it while troubleshooting.

Check HP for driver updates for the USB drivers.
In every crash the Intel USB drivers have been flagged.

Now without updating any driver I solved it.
It's caused by Intel USB 3.0 extensible host controller driver (iusb3xhc.sys).

    to solve it:
    1. start
    2. find device manager
    3. in USB Controller, find Intel USB 3.0 extensible host controller
    4. right click on Intel USB 3.0 extensible host controller
    5. choose properties
    6. in driver tab, choose roll back driver
    7. OK

now I set my laptop to sleep mode without any BSOD any more.

    thank's axe0 for your help :)
