BSOD After Shutdown/Restart, error 0x0000009F

I have just recently built this PC (first build) around the beginning of December 2015 and I have been trying and trying to solve my BSOD issue and I just don't know enough to do it on my own so I am asking for some help.

Anytime I restart/shutdown my PC about 95% of the time it will get hung up at the "Shutting Down.." screen and it sits there for about 10-15min then the BSOD pops up, does its thing and restarts my PC back to desktop.

I have followed the upload instructions and uploaded the .zip file that was created from the instruction page download. If needed I can upload the much larger (~600mb) MEMORY.dmp that was created as well from the BSOD.

Welcome to SF Garadan77 .

The blocked irp appears to be caused due to TeeDriverx64.sys
which is the Intel Management Engine Interface driver.

Code:
DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f)
A driver has failed to complete a power IRP within a specific time.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000003, A device object has been blocking an Irp for too long a time
Arg2: fffffa800d488060, Physical Device Object of the stack
Arg3: fffff80000b9a3d8, nt!TRIAGE_9F_POWER on Win7 and higher, otherwise the Functional Device Object of the stack
Arg4: fffffa8013fe3e10, The blocked IRP

I downloaded the program, Scan, it searched for a minute or 2, and eventually ended with "No Drivers Found" or maybe it was "No Drivers Needed"

Hmm, it does that sometimes, not often but enough to feel it.

Download the latest version offered by your motherboard manufacturer:

Shall I do Mirror 1 or 2? I apologize, like I said previously this is all VERY new to me.

Edit: Oh I actually do have this downloaded BUT in the folder there is multiple others
Hotfix_X64
Hotfix_X86
Install

Those are all folders then under them (not in them) are AsusSetup.exe

Should I go into any of those? or just do the AsusSetup.exe?

Don't apologise for asking that's what this community is for!
The mirrors are of the same file eventually (in case one of them doesn't work for some reason).

Although I'm not a huge fan of Asus software, let's go ahead with their installation process.
  1. Run Asus Setup.exe the one located in the folders root directory
  • (meaning not inside the install or either of the hotfix folders).
2. once the installation is completed restart your PC.

3. Open the same folder once more but now run the Asus Setup.exe INSIDE of the Hotfix_X64
folder. Once that's done let us know.

Will do! Give me just one moment to do so and I will be right back!

Update: Ran the ASUSSetup.exe and I got this window (attached below), which doesn't mention updating or installing anything?

Open you Device Manager:
  • (start key)+R = Run dialogue box
  • Type: devmgmt.msc
  • Hit the Enter key.
  • Navigate to System Devices and expand the list (little arrow to it's left).
  • Fine Intel(R) Management Engine Interface and double click it.
  • Click the Driver tab and tell me your Driver Version number.

You're quick.
You seem to be updated, try the hotfix then (then restart).
