Can't solve BSOD when playing HD videos in Youtube or Gaming

Hi I've been getting BSOD's for a few days now. It started off only happening when I was playing youtube videos on firefox, with messages related to various memory problems and directx or AMD driver problems. Then it seemed to start happening more and more often while I was gaming as well. I can be playing Fallout 4, GTA V etc fine for 10 or 20 minutes. Good FPS (for my setup) no freezing or artifacts, then A BSOD. Same with youtube videos. It plays fine for 10 or 20 minutes, no problems, then BSOD or at the least CTD.

Never had this problem with this computer before in the 5 plus years I've had it. The only things I've added hardware wise in the last month or so is that I changed 2 x1gb sticks of ram for 2 x2gb sticks of ram. I was starting to have the problem with Youtube videos before I swapped these sticks tho. I've run memtest86+ for almost 3 hrs and passed the full test with no errors. I also ran windows memory diagnostic with no errors. I've also let prime95 run for half an hour then the Intel burn test run it's 10 passes at standard stress rate...no problem

I also have a new logitech g100s mouse and I installed the software for it. I got this mouse almost a month ago though and the problems just started in the last 3 or 4 days. I tried uninstalling the driver and software for it tho and am just using the microsoft driver now. It actually BSOD'd in the middle of the software uninstall today tho? After I did that, then did a clean reinstall of my AMD card driver, it seemed to work better for a while tonight, but then started crashing again.

I've also completely uninstalled my AMD driver (15.7.1) with the amd clean uninstall utility, reinstalled. Unnstalled with Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) reinstalled. Did the same thing but tried installing the crimson edition beta software and driver instead after clean uninstall.

I've run my antivirus scanner (Eset Smart Security 8), Went through some malware detecting guides I've used before., using malwarebytes, Kaspersky TDSSkiller, RKill, Hitman Pro, AdwCleaner, etc. Malwarebytes found one vague registry entry (marked as malware) for a browser helper object that I cleaned. The rest were for potentially unwanted programs or plugins for my browser. Utorrent, Coretemp, Greasemonkey (firefox plugin i got rid of) etc.

I've done chkdsk /f on both drives, sfc /scannow, registry cleaner runs (I've used Windows 7 MGR from Yamicsoft for years for this and trust it and do backups etc used the winxp mgr before it), defragments.

I can only think that it is either my video card dying or corrupt Windows drivers that are corrupting the AMD drivers as I install them? If that's a thing? If it was my video card dying though it wouldn't run the games and videos perfectly fine for so long then crash out of nowhere tho would it? I played skyrim at 1080, high settings, with an unofficial HD textures mod etc for 1 and a half hours no problem tonight. After uninstalling the logitech software for my mouse and a clean reinstall of the amd drivers. Watched videos on youtube for an hour or so. Then it starts crashing again, lol. Any help would be appreciated. I'm about ready to do a reinstall of Windows 7 or if that doesn't work see if I can find another Video Card to test on here. Could be the motherboard finally dying too? Tis an old beast.

Attached the zip file which is the results of running the dm log collector as per instructions for this forum. A few of the initial minidumps were deleted before I realized CCleaner was deleting them and stopped it from doing that.

Bah, did turn out to be one of the older sticks of ram. Not sure why it didn't fail on the other tests I put it through a couple days ago. Did some more tests with prime 95 and memtest and it failed right away this time. Sooo I just bought 2 sticks of 2gb to get up to 8gb finally, but now I'm just back to 6 again. Oh well could have been worse and been my GPU, Motherboard etc.
