BSOD during windows update (and at random times) after GPU install

    Hi,

So I upgraded to the GTX 750 ti a while back, and had some trouble with bsod crashes caused by the ntoskrnl.exe file. So I reinstalled windows, but still got bsods, but caused by a different file, so I made a topic about it here: Random BSOD xNrKrnl.exe IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Now, after getting the gpu tested, I put it back in and I reinstalled windows again, a legit version this time. But I still get BSOD at random times, and I get it every time I try Windows Update, either while downloading or installing. The file causing the crash is the same as the first time, ntoskrnl.exe

What is causing this problem and how do I fix it?

    Thanks!

Looks good, don't worry about the dutch part, I am dutch

There have been a few dumps not created including for the 0x1A what makes me a little suspicious about the memory.
Most of them are 0x101 which is to me known for most often caused by BIOS bugs, but you already have the latest BIOS update installed.

Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Nvidia. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver.
       Note
If an update doesn't help, try a few older versions

     RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 7 Forums

       Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

    Cool! Dankjewel voor de hulp

So I tried the memtest and let it run for 42 hours, up to 13 passes and I got 0 errors.

    Attachment 380147

I also uninstalled and reinstalled the nvidia drivers with DDU, but I still get BSOD.. A lot of the BSOD are not reported, I can't see the dump files in bluescreenviewer. I got a couple different messages, including

A clock interval was not recieved yada yada (most common one)
    IRQL_DRIVER_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
An Attempt was made to execute non-excecutable memory
    Attachment 380145
    Attachment 380159
    Attachment 380143
I attached the new dump files below

I just switched my (3x4GB) RAM from the last 3 to the first 3 slots, and everything seemed to work fine for a while, I even tried to stresstest my system, but I only get BSOD when I´m actually working on important stuff. So I got a brief "Hardware malfunction" error, followed by a bsod. It was too fast to read the rest of the message.

I also ran a program called IntelBurnTest to test my cpu and ram, but I got this message saying its unstable? (below)

    Attachment 380144

Could it be my CPU is damaged? A few weeks back, my CPU fan stopped spinning, and I would need to spin it with my hand to "kickstart" it. Maybe not very smart to use the pc with a broken cpu fan, but my temperatures never went over 50° C.
The days just before replacing it, it was spinning really slowly, and then stopped completely and I shut down my pc. I don't know if it ever overheated, causing damage, but if it did, it should have shut down by itself right? The max temp is 70° C I think at which it shuts down, but that never happened.

I also cleaned my pc with a vaccuum cleaner (and it touched the mobo/components a few times), so maybe the static electricity caused some damage? Oh and I may have accidentally dropped a screw(driver) on the mobo

Oh and I just did a virtual memory test, which again showed no errors... It´s really confusing, every component seems to be working fine

Before we proceed, you need to remove the pirated stuff on your system.
We do not give support while any kind of piracy is present on your system.

Okay I removed everything and uploaded a new dumpfile.

Fun fact, I was stresstesting in After Effects yesterday, and I got around 15 BSOD's /hour while working normally. Only when I manually saved backup files every 5 minutes did it stop crashing. I have concluded my PC smells fear and feeds off the anxiety of the user.

Anyway this is the bsod I got most:

    Attachment 380249

Again, no dump files created (i think). These two came up too:
    Attachment 380248
    Attachment 380250

    *Hardware malfunction*
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (computer crashed so hard it broke my project file)

I used the Asrock Extreme Tuning Utility to keep track of the CPU temperatures, and it never got above 38° C, I got crashes at 33° so I don't think overheating is the problem.

About the IntelBurnTest part, since the temps aren't overheating it looks to be a faulty CPU.
Overheating doesn't have to cause a system to shutdown, only if that is defined somewhere (usually in the BIOS).
Damage also doesn't have to cause a system to shutdown, it malfunctions but that is not a garantee the system shuts down.

What would you recommend? Is there something I can do other than replace the cpu? And is it 100% certain it's the cpu that is causing the instability? And any ideas what caused the cpu to malfunction?

It is not 100% certain that the CPU is the cause, that needs to be confirmed.
