Windows 7: Blue Screen Sleep mode

I have had 2 Blue Screens coming out of Sleep mode 2 or 3 seconds after Logging On.
Anyone experienced the same? These 2 incedents happenend during one of many exits from Sleep Mode.

Just had another Blue Screen. Always and only happens shortly after coming out of Sleep mode. Came out of sleep mode onto my desktop clicked an IE address Icon and up came the Blue Screen. I copied the following after it rebooted.

Computer has stopped crashing as I come out of Sleep mode. I can only put this down to perhaps to an update of my antivirus program or a Windows 7 update. Now I have said that it will crash the next time I come out of Sleep mode!!!
