Looking at the Memory QVL, it's basically a list for your motherboard of all available memory retailers, for example Corsair, Crucial or A-DATA. I noticed that the pair you have is not on that list and I guess this is the culprit of your problem.

The memory QVL list is a list created by your motherboard manufacturer that shows the modules that have been tested and are supported by your motherboard

CPU-Z shows the part number which is if I'm correct the model you need to search for,

Oh ok this makes sense now. So when I searched for the part number a while back in this thread I could not find it anywhere on google. Now im wondering something is it possibly because my components were from CyberPower? Is that maybe why the part number is no where to be found?

I noticed your 'My System Specs' aren't the same as with what CPU-Z shows, that would certainly cause confusion.
Please follow this tutorial and download the tool. The tool will give you detailed information about your system specs, please fill in your system specs more completely.

I think I left something out that might be very important. Im dumb. So back when I was getting bluescreens (x124) my CPU was over clocked to 4.5ghz and I would only bluescreen on high end games. So I thought maybe its because my CPU is overclocked so I called CyberPower and they helped me set it back to normal clock in my BIOS by reseting to defaults. Ever since I have done that I don't get bluescreens anymore but instead my computer screen just goes black and the computer restarts instantly or it hard hangs and I have to hold the power button. But ever sense I put the CPU back to standard clock I don't get the crashes just on high end games anymore I get them on games like CounterStrike and other easy to run games. But they still happen quicker on high end games.
